The team is led by\u00a0<a class=\"external-link\" href=\"https:\/\/samueli.ucla.edu\/people\/mathieu-bauchy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Mathieu Bauchy<\/a>, an assistant professor of civil and environmental engineering at the UCLA Samueli School of Engineering.
